Typically completed within 5 business days of enquiry, free of charge and with no obligation to proceed.
Design & Approval
Your design is drafted against what your site can actually carry, then taken through council planning and building approval on your behalf.
We manage every interaction with council and building surveyors, and keep you informed at each milestone.
Fixed-Price Build
Once your contract is signed, your price is locked. We run one program, with weekly updates, and manage every trade on site.
Any changes you request mid-build are quoted and signed off before they're actioned — never billed after the fact.
Handover
A final walkthrough with you, a full compliance and warranty pack, and keys in hand — ready to move in or lease immediately.
